At the heart of Rollmax performance is the market-leading 70mm heavy-duty axle. This is the core of the machine, delivering strength where it matters most. The result is a more resilient roller capable of taking a greater load, working faster and into tougher ground without the risk of snapping axles.

No centre bearings are needed due to the strength of the axles, reducing the maintenance required and removing the gaps in the rings that other rollers have. 

A choice of premium 620mm breaker rings, each backed by a five-year warranty, ensures a consistent finish every time.

Strength continues through the twin-bar chassis, built from high-gauge steel with ultra-engineered, double-reinforced pivot points. Centre-pivot folding wings provide excellent contour following across undulating ground, while keeping loads balanced for a stronger, more resilient machine. With very few grease points on each wing, ongoing maintenance is fast, simple and field-friendly.

Available in widths up to 10.5m, Rollmax delivers outstanding efficiency without compromising practicality.  A narrow 2.5m transport width allows easy access through tight gates and roads without the need for a pilot vehicle, and makes shed storage simple.
